Bupa International is offering its customers access to free medical advice under a new service provided by Advance Medical.
The company said the service, which is available to all of Bupa International’s customers, will give customers access to the opinions of more than 5,000 of the world’s leading doctors, helping to reassure them they have been given the right diagnosis and are receiving the correct treatment for their condition.
Dr Sneh Khemka, medical director, Bupa International, said: “Trusting that a doctor is giving you the best advice can be a challenge for expats, particularly if you don’t speak the language or understand the healthcare system where you are living.
